Registration

Registrations through the website were accepted until August 14, 2009. From now on, registrations will be made only at the venue of the event, subject to availability of seats.

REGISTRATION REGULATIONS

1. CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

The registration will be confirmed via e-mail upon verification of payment.

2. DEADLINE

Registrations will be accepted until August 14, 2009. After that date, registrations will be made only at the venue of the event, subject to availability of seats.

3. DISCOUNTS

  • IBS Members: 50% discount - R$ 960,00. Employees of the following companies can be considered at this category: Aços Villares, ArcelorMittal Aços Longos, ArcelorMittal Tubarão, ArcelorMittal Vega, ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil, CSN, Grupo Gerdau, Sinobras, Usiminas, Votorantim Siderurgia, V&M do Brasil e Villares Metals.
  • Partners: 10% discount - R$ 1.728,00. Can be considered at this category companies associated to the following institutional partners of the event: AARS, ABCEM, ABEMI, ABNT, ABM, ABRACE, INDA, SICETEL. The discount code are given directly by the partners.
  • Early registration (until May, 24): 15% discount – R$ 1.632,00
  • More than one registration per company: Companies registering more than one employee will enjoy a 10% discount over the total amount due. In order to obtain such discount, the company must submit ALL registration forms by e-mail to eventos@ibs.org.br or by fax to +55- 21-2262-2234.

Note: Discounts may NOT be accumulated.

4. REGISTRATIONS AT THE VENUE OF THE EVENT:

  • Payments in the name of the company for receipt purposes will only be possible upon presentation of written authorization.
  • Payment methods accepted: cash and the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

5. ACCESS TO THE VENUE OF THE EVENT

Presentation of identification document will be necessary to have access to the event granted and for receipt of the material.

6. CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Cancellations requested by e-mail or fax by August 14, 2009 2009 will be reimbursed of 80% of the registration amount paid. After that date, cancellations will not possible. Substitutions will be accepted upon formal communication by the company via e-mail or fax. The non-attendance of the participant will not imply in the automatic cancellation of the registration nor in the reimbursement of the amount previously paid. 7. REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

  • Participation at all conference program;
  • Cocktail party;
  • Coffee break;
  • Lunch
