The special rate for the participants is R$ 372,00 (superior apartment – single) and R$ 414,00 (superior apartment - double).

General conditions:

• Check in starting at 14h; check out time 12h (noon).
• 5% Service Tax over rates due and tourism fee of R$ 2.20 (two reais and twenty centavos) per apartment/day.
• Free broadband internet access in all rooms.
• Rates include breakfast in the restaurant according to the hotel’s schedule.
• Parking not included; guests will be charged R$ 18.00 per day/space. Since this is an outsourced service, its prices are subject to changes.
• Early check-in: guests are requested to reserve the previous night. Guests checking in before 10 will pay 1 (one) full night; after 10, the charge due will be of ½ a night;
• Late check-out: Guests checking out between 12 (noon) and 6pm will be charged 50% of the rates offered. Guests checking out after 6pm will be charged an additional night.
